Ich bin 29 und komme aus der Nähe von Goslar/ Niedersachsen, und im richtigen Leben arbeite ich als Erzieherin. Science Fiction begleitet mich nun schon seit 16 Jahren, wobei ich erst in diesem Jahr den Weg zu anderen Serien als Star Trek gefunden habe. Meine erste Convention habe ich 1998 besucht und konnte mich seitdem auch nie mehr so richtig vom Fandom loseisen. Gott sei Dank, denn dadurch sind Freundschaften entstanden, die ich heute nicht mehr missen möchte.

Seit der FedCon16-DVD bin ich im Team dabei, damals "nur" als Übersetzerin und Lokalisatorin für die Untertitel. Heute unterstütze ich die Produktion auch vor Ort beim Dreh.

I attended my first convention in 1998 and since then I have never been able to break free from the fan community again. Thank God as thus wonderful friendships evolved from that and I do not want to miss any of them today.

Being in the video team since FedCon16 I now support the shooting process as well, whereas for the FedCon16 DVD I "only" worked on the subtitles.
